We were staying in a fantastic hostel run by a very friendly german named Marcel and his lovely cook Lilen. We intended to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 2 week instead, it was so brilliant. They had a guitar hanging on the wall which I picked up one day and started playing. This piece of music emerged after a couple of hours locked in our cabin (think 'garden shed with beds inside') out in the back with nothing more than my hand-held recorder, laptop and a pair of headphones, oh yes, and the guitar...
